The boys were hard at it last week working on the subfloor in Reservoir. From the stump holes (1m depth x 450mm diameter) to sewer works to the subfloor frame.
This extension will be weatherboard cladding; therefore we will be using plinth boards around the perimeter of the subfloor to provide the necessary ventilation.
